Major award for the STAMPPP project from the
Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis
"We appreciate the team’s dedication to making these materials readily accessible and realize preparing and translating the Simple Steps package into seven languages was a significant undertaking. The project is a wonderful example of the effective dissemination of accurate, scientifically based tools and information to serve individuals and care providers who may benefit from applied behavior analysis. It is our pleasure to acknowledge the success of the STAMPPP project and the effort of its many contributors.
The award will be presented by SABA President Michael Perone at the opening event of the 2015 ABAI convention and SABA awards
on Saturday, May 23, in San Antonio

Prof. Karola Dillenburger
Assistive Technology and Autism: The role of Behaviour Analysis
Venue: European Parliament and Radisson BLU EU Hotel
7th March
Karola delivered a talk at the ES:GC1 Assistive Technologies: Global Challenges, Global Responses Conference Symposium and workshop in Brussels held in an around the European Parliament. She introduced the idea of the use of behavioural technology as a funnel through which other low and high tech solutions need to be applied. Karola showed how through multimedia training development at European level (i.e., Simple Steps) parents can be trained and empowered to become therapists for their own children and how they can then be supervised remotely when implementing evidence-based interventions to enable their children to reach their full potential.
